The Path & Paws™ Experience

What it is:

Path & Paws™ is an 8-week guided program that blends individual attention with small-group connection. Sessions are structured, supportive, and intentionally paced so you have time to learn, practice, and let new skills stick.

You don’t need to prepare, perform, or fix anything before you come.

Just show up—with your dog.

Who it's for:

  • People who feel stressed or overwhelmed, even when life is generally good
  • People who have tried therapy, yoga, or other personal-growth practices and want practical tools they can use every day
  • People who love their dogs and enjoy spending time together
  • People who want stress relief that actually carries into everyday life—not just something that sounds good in theory

Why us:

Path & Paws™ is grounded in human psychology and modern, force-free dog engagement. It was created by a mental-health professional and a canine behavior expert who came together to build something that supports both sides of the relationship—you and your dog.

This is intentionally designed as a wellness experience, not a clinical service. We focus on the bond you already share with your dog and use that connection as a practical, everyday way to manage stress, reconnect, and feel more at ease.

You don’t need another tool. You need a way to come back to yourself.

Why Your Dog Is Part of This

Joyful Movement

Most people find Path & Paws™ because they’re looking for stress relief, not because they think their dog is the answer. But once they’re here, the role their dog plays becomes clear. Path & Paws™ helps you notice how your dog already affects your stress, and teaches you how to use that experience intentionally instead of relying on chance.

Mindful Stillness

Different dogs support us in different ways. Some bring movement, laughter, and release. Others bring quiet and closeness. Stress relief doesn’t always come from slowing down—sometimes it comes from finally moving. Either way, your dog can help.
